The classroom component of our curriculum
is designed to provide students with a
thorough understanding of all facets of the
personal training profession from
anatomy, exercise science, nutrition and
exercise programming to the business side
of the industry. Our classroom is a
professional, but informal learning
environment in which students are
encouraged to have fun while they learn.
All lectures are projected on a screen using
PowerPoint software and we even give you
copies of the daily lectures so you spend
your time learning and interacting with our instructors, as opposed to busily writing notes.
We also bring in professionals from throughout the health and fitness industry to lecture on
a wide variety of topics.
