Cleveland (Richmond Heights) and Columbus Campuses

• Both the Cleveland (Richmond Heights) and Columbus campuses are approved providers for veteran's educational benefits and can accept funding from the following Veterans Education Benefits Chapters:
  • Chapter 33: Post 9/11
  • Chapter 30: Montgomery GI-Bill/Active Duty Educational Assistance (MGIB)
  • Chapter 1606: Montgomery GI-Bill/Selected Reserve Educational Assistance Program (SELRES)
  • Chapter 1607: Montgomery GI-Bill/Selected Reserve Educational Assistance Program (REAP)
  • Chapter 35: Survivors' and Dependents Education Assistance (DEA)
  • Chapter 31: Vocational Rehabilitation (VOC REHAB)
• A veteran who is eligible for any of the above mentioned benefits should first enroll in their National Personal Training Institute class of choice which includes payment of the $75.00 enrollment fee. This is an important and necessary step in the veteran receiving his/her benefits as the National Personal Training Institute can not sumbit to the VA the school certification form until this is done. The VA will not process a benefit unless they receive this school certification form.
• After enrolling with the National Personal Training Institute, the veteran will then need to fill out the Veteran's On-Line Application (VONAPP) form found at http://www.gibill.va.gov/apply-for-benefits/application 

Upon receipt and processing of their enrollment form and payment of the $75.00 enrollment fee, each veteran will then be contacted by a National Personal Training Institute enrollment officer.
